BUILT PROJECTS
As any architect will tell you, built projects represent the tip of the creative output iceberg. The photos below are from select projects completed while both working solo and as a team member for various firms throughout New York City. These projects transitioned from conception to reality with hundreds of permutations in between. The work is not iconic, flashy, and, in many cases, will appear derivative. That is because it is. Today, everything under the sun has been done, and nothing you see is original. It is all a remix. However, these projects are unique combinations bespoke to each client with the end users in mind. They are examples of architectural knowledge applied to make spatial sense of things; delivered on time and on budget. The work strikes a balance between function & beauty.
