BUILT PROJECTS
The photos below are from projects completed while working for several different practices in New York City. These projects transitioned from conception to reality with hundreds of permutations in between. As built work, any architect will tell you, these projects represent the tip of the creative iceberg output. The work is not iconic, flashy, and in many cases will appear derivative. That is because it is. Today, everything under the sun has been done, and nothing you see is original. It is all a remix. However, these projects are unique combinations bespoke to each client with the set of end users in mind. They are examples of architectural knowledge applied to make spatial sense of things. The work strikes a balance between beauty & function. They are projects delivered on time and on budget.
